Welcome to Arshin Cleaning! Please review our terms and conditions, which outline our service policies, payments, cancellations, and other important details. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Agreement

Minimum Work Requirement: Each job requires a minimum booking of 3 hours per cleaner. By booking with Arshin Cleaning, you enter into a contract for cleaning services and agree to abide by the terms specified below. We commit to providing high-quality cleaning services based on the specifics agreed upon during booking, including scope, location, and timing.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Upfront Payment: Customers should pay 50% of the service fee upfront to secure the booking. This amount confirms the appointment and helps us reserve the necessary resources for your service.
  • Service Estimates: All prices provided to customers before a job are estimates based on the initial assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the scope and condition of the property and will be determined upon completion of the service. Any additional costs will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Full Refund for Cancellations (3 Days Notice): Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to three (3) days before the scheduled service date. If you cancel within this period, we will issue a full refund of the upfront payment.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit (1 Day Notice): If a client cancels their appointment one (1) day before the scheduled date, the upfront payment will be forfeited and non-refundable. Rescheduling within one day may be possible based on availability but may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of service are non-refundable, and the client may be charged an additional service fee for the inconvenience.

4. Service Adjustments

  • If additional services or time extensions are requested, these will be billed separately and agreed upon before proceeding.
  • If a service area or task was incorrectly specified at booking, adjustments may affect the service’s duration or cost. We will notify you of any changes in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, the appointment may be considered canceled with no refund.
  • Safety: Clients must ensure that the property is safe and free from hazards. Dangerous or unsafe environments may result in service refusal, with no refund.
  • Valuables: We recommend that clients store any valuables or fragile items in a secure area. Arshin Cleaning is not liable for the loss or damage of such items unless gross negligence is proven.

6. Liability and Limitations

Arshin Cleaning is insured for damages directly caused by our employees during service. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the service date, with supporting evidence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, discoloration, or wear on surfaces.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if our team faces unsafe conditions, harassment, or other unreasonable circumstances that hinder their ability to perform the job.

8. Changes to Terms

Arshin Cleaning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any substantial changes before they take effect.
